Matthew Blaiden
I am the Director of Music at St Stephen's, Rochester Row, Westminster, alongside which I enjoy a varied freelance schedule across the UK as a liturgical and recital organist in churches and cathedrals, and as a conductor and baritone. Formerly Director of Music at St Mary Magdalene, Richmond, I have also been organ scholar at St Peter's, Petersham, Assistant Organist at Little St Mary's, Cambridge, and a choral scholar at Leeds Minster. At school I studied organ with Ronny Krippner, and have since participated in masterclasses taught by several distinguished organists and studied privately with Dame Gillian Weir and Nicolas Kynaston.
